we are currently seeking candidates for the following position:

Outreach Enrollment Specialist

This is a full-time, grant-funded position. Reporting to the Manager of Help Me Grow, the Outreach Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for conducting outreach calls, visits and presentations in the community to highlight a specific program's services and capacity. Will be expected to identify and enroll parent participants and provide care coordination to ensure parents receive the services.

Experience: Four years of market and/or community outreach experience in human services or related field. Prefers experience providing direct early care and education or mental health services to families with young children.

Education: BA in early childhood, social work, psychology, human services or related field.

Training: None required. Prefers training on developmental screening tools such as the ASQ-3, M-CHAT, and/or ASQ:SE2.

Specialized Skills: Basic computer and Microsoft Office. Prefers PowerPoint.

Licensure: Valid Class C driver's license. Prefers certification in Triple P (Positive Parenting Program).

By calling the toll free number 866.GROW.025 (866.476.9025) or through our online portal, parents, caregivers, child care providers, early educators and health care providers have a single point of access to developmental services for young children who live in Orange County.

Please see Emergency Department Activity Specialist position: to provide play and activities to our families waiting for treatment. This is a temporary position during flu season (October-April). The shift is 3pm-11:30pm and they will be overseen by the emergency department child life specialist.

They will hire 2-3 people to have coverage every day; the expectation will be 2-4 shifts per week dependent on your availability and school schedule, including some weekends.
